Last updated: August 2026. These Terms govern access to BulkPact.com and purchases from BulkPact, a U.S.-based wholesale ecommerce business. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Wholesale Orders
BulkPact primarily serves retailers, resellers and business buyers. Product quantities, pack sizes, prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if payment, stock, fraud review or shipping requirements remain unresolved.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and generally represent the total price of the selected wholesale pack unless the product page states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties and other destination charges may be additional. Payment must be made through an available checkout method. BulkPact may cancel or hold an order when payment cannot be verified or when a pricing or inventory error is discovered.
Products and Brand References
Brand and product names are used to identify merchandise offered or described on the site. BulkPact does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorized-reseller status for any third-party brand unless that relationship is expressly stated and documented. Product descriptions and images should accurately represent the merchandise offered. Buyers should contact us before ordering if a specific model, packaging version or other characteristic is material to the purchase.
Shipping
Shipping options and estimates depend on destination, order size, stock and carrier availability. Any shipping estimate is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. If an order cannot be shipped within the time promised, BulkPact will provide any notice, cancellation option or refund required by applicable U.S. law.
Returns, Damage and Order Issues
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy posted on the site. Buyers should inspect wholesale shipments promptly and report damaged, missing or incorrect merchandise with supporting information within the stated claim period.
Account and Site Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use BulkPact content in violation of applicable rights. We may restrict accounts or orders associated with suspected fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
BulkPact branding, original site content and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. BulkPact is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or a transaction where such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, once the company’s state of organization is finalized, the laws of that state, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a transaction.
